The Victor Emanuele Building, aka The Wedding Cake, is one of the largest buildings in Rome. It is called the Wedding Cake because of all the different layers. The view from the top is incredible. In the back is one of the few modern additions in the old part of the city. It is a elevator up to the top of the building.
